1. Quick Transition Drills

Futsal Drill: In futsal, players frequently switch between offense and defense, often within seconds. A common drill is the "3v3 Transition Game," where three attackers face three defenders. Upon losing possession, the attackers immediately transition to defense and vice versa.

Soccer Adaptation:

  • Setup: Divide the soccer pitch into smaller sections and organize players into small groups (e.g., 3v3 or 4v4).
  • Execution: Similar to the futsal drill, have players switch roles between offense and defense upon a change in possession.
