We are so excited to have seen such a great outcome for the first FDP Futsal Winter Clinic.

We loved watching all the players playing, learning, and being challenged.

We have some great clinics and events planned as futsal is in our DNA and without

any doubt we believe that “Soccer Stars With Futsal”.

If you do not follow futsal news as closely as we do, there have been some great announcements

over the last few months with many more to come.

EX: First collegiate school on the West Coast to announce futsal as a college sport with scholarships awarded.

There are 20 California and Arizona Universities projected to form a college league under NAIA. As one can

expect the wheels have been set in motion and other colleges will follow.

Currently there are two players from our Girls High School team that have been identified and are actively being

recruited into a collegiate program. Yes, one can be found, identified and be recruited from futsal into a college program.

FDP Futsal, as an pioneer of futsal for the past 15 years in the NJ area, has been the first local organization to be

a member of the original 17 organization group to be awarded membership in the USYF National Academy Program

under the name Futsal 365.

FDP was also awarded membership in the United Futsal National Championship Series which later was revamped

and is now the official National Tournament under US Soccer.

Some families were very interested in other FDP Futsal programs and/or Academy Teams.
